Our production teams in the US are catching up with the order volume and we’re ready to take on more orders.

Our Customer Support email reply time is about one day. We’re starting to expand our chat availability to resume support in the near future.

As we continue to clear our backlog, we’ll keep you updated on when we increase our daily limits and continue posting updates as they come.

To keep our store running as smoothly as possible, please make sure to regularly check in with the latest fulfillment estimates published below. Note that our average fulfillment times are relevant for orders that come in after the date the averages are calculated, and don’t apply to older orders.

Be prepared for delays

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

Prices are current as of August 5, 2020 and apply to orders placed after that date.

*Orders shipped within Australia from our partner facility are estimated to be fulfilled in 1-3 business days.

We’re working closely with our suppliers to ensure we have adequate stock levels. But Covid-19 is impacting the entire industry and supply chain, so there could be some disruptions.

Currently, we have enough stock to fulfill orders, especially for our most popular products.
