May has been a great month! Many have read my book and I’ve received lots of positive feedback. Most importantly, “The Little Girl Inside Owning My Role in My Own Pain,” is helping women face their own pain. It’s helping them realize that they are special and they deserve to be happy. Reading my book has made them understand that they are not alone in this world and when in pain, it’s better to reach out to others so that they can get help. It’s ok to admit things aren’t the way they appear to be. It’s ok to admit that life is hard and you don’t have a clue as to how to make it better. It’s acceptable to cry and reach out.
That’s why it’s critical that we be kind to others. You never know what a person is going through. If you do nothing else, smile at those you come in contact with today. Be courteous. It doesn’t cost you a dime. This may be their breaking point. If you know someone that is going through something, can you assist him or her? Offer a smile to start off with. How bad can that be?
