Hello there,
Have you taken the time to notice that fall is in the air? I have. Just as I remember being excited that the trees were beginning to spud with leaves, so are the beautiful flowers appearing just like that in the spring. It is always so amazing to watch springtime blossom right before our eyes. And to think, it usually takes place right after a snow- storm, blizzard, or simply just bad weather. You know what this means, right? Just endure a little while longer to see the calm after the storm.
Our lives work pretty much like the weather. We just need to hold on through the storms in our lives and while holding on, with faith, we will begin to see the sunshine. It’s called endurance. Endurance is the key. Just hold on through the hardship, pain, and anguish. With faith, while going through challenges, you don’t tend to focus on the problem in so much as you begin to focus on the outcome- “where is the message” and “where do I go from here?”
The next time you face a challenge, don’t focus on it. Doing so can bring fear and defeat. Just think about what you need to learn from this issue and what you can do with this issue to even help others. As long as we are on this earth, there will be challenges after challenges to overcome or, lie in defeat. Choose to overcome! Remember, never to give up! Say to yourself, “I am still a rose!” I can get through this too!
